  Well it is 9:16am and I have been waiting 25 mins for hot water in the motel section. The sign in the bathroom tells one to wait a couple of minutes for hot water. My husband went to the office and was told that some kids are at the other end and that sometimes they shower for 45 mins but wait for 15 mins and you should have hot water. Now we have waited for the 15 minutes and still do not have the hot water. My husband decided to take his shower without the hot water. Our day is not of to a good start to say the least.

  A beautiful spot on the water near Alberton PE. A family run business with several options for rooms. Friendly owners who keep things clean and are constantly making improvements. This is my third visit over the years. Always a pleasure.

  Ok so....planning a trip back to the Briarwood Inn for the future will probably not happen. Don't misunderstand and think I am angry, I am disappointed. Vacationers make plans and for future reference we should not have to worry or wait to shower or bathe. I agree with other reviewers, it is a very pretty place but beware of the water issue
